- No smoking inside the units
- No pets allowed
- No children
- No loud music or parties
- Braai facilities may be arranged with the owners
- Late check-out may be arranged with the owners on Sundays if possible
- Guests enter the property at their own risk
- Please help us conserve water
Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations at Casa Del Mare:
- Cancel 7 days before arrival — forfeit 100% of the booking total
- Cancel 14 days before arrival — forfeit 100% of the deposit
- Cancel 21 days before arrival — forfeit 50% of the deposit
- Cancel 30 days before arrival — forfeit 25% of the deposit
